Carbide Cannon ( Meriam Karbit ) which is popularly known by locals during “ Hari Raya Idul Fitri “ festival are being seen along Kapuas River at Pontianak. It is a cannon tradition practiced from ancient Pontianak Sultan until today. Kampung Kamboje is a one of the favourite place to see the festival.
Carbide Cannon game is a tradition and culture of the community of the Kapuas River in familiar played by children and adult.
